YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting for new client businesses by meeting hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.

  • Making recommendations to clients regarding candidates who have the skills and experience for the position.

  • Providing customer service for existing clients to ensure their expectations are being met.

  • Sourcing candidates through existing database, advertising, internet, business contacts, direct recruiting, and referrals.

  • Meeting candidates to evaluate and to understand their skills and job preferences.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Business level English or Japanese

  • Strong spoken and written communication skills

EMPLOYENT TYPE

Full-time/Permanent

WORKING HOURS

9:00 ~ 18:00

Flex time available after probation period.

HOLIDAYS

Annual and Sick Leave, all Japanese National Holidays

SALARY TYPE

Base salary + Incentive (4 times a year)
