  • 大卒以上
  • 給与管理および人事総務を含む、C&Bの最低5年間の経験

HR Specialist position is open to apply for in one of the foreign luxury brands in Tokyo.

Responsible for planning and coordinating payroll to deliver accurate and timely output including monthly payroll, seasonal bonus, performance bonus, incentives, etc. take actions for labour law changes and HR related internal regulations to let the company compliant with the law and standards of Group regulations.
Provide support to HQ for reporting C&B budgeting, Compensation surveys, etc. Support HR related General Affairs.

1.    C&B
  • Conduct payroll of employees.
  • Employee attendance system management
  • Provide advices/investigation/execution for the resolution of specific payroll and /or compensation issue
  • Manage payroll administrations, such as accounting for social security, insurance, retirement allowance, pension plan, overtime wage.
  • Support Annual C&B budget and monitoring process, as well as HR reporting matters 
  • Develop and maintain HRIS  
  • HR practices and policies review, benchmarking and market analysis, collaborative study/project with HR Manager
  • Keep and develop standard of HR related compliance related to Human Resources 
  • Monitor and manage the performance of outsourcers, vendors related to payroll administration
  • Attend inquiries from stores and office staff regarding payslip, social insurance, pension, etc. help desk: 9:30 ~ 18:00

2.    HR Support
  • New Hiring support (mailing documents, receiving documents, and processing documents )
  • Support arrangements for in house trainings
  • Process HR related requests for payment
  • Support HR General Affairs

Required Experience / Skills
  • University degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in C&B, including payroll administration and HR General Affairs
  • Retail Business industry experience
  • Good knowledge of labour law, social security matters
  • Languages : Japanese & Fluent English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and business communication skills 
  • Ability to adapt to different environments
  • Self-learning and self-motivation
  • Team building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
  • Ability to take decision, anticipate, prioritize while handling multiple tasks is required
  • Creativity and flexibility to keep improving the business and organization

Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Operational company experience (preferably foreign affiliated company) is a plus
