General Position Summary: 
Customer service staff position at European forwarding company. Mainly responsible for:
・Contact window of commercial account who have acquired by Sales, Sales Support, and Account Management 
・Contact window of Global Key Account who have acquired by Global Bid, Sales Support, and Account Management.
・Business improvement, Sales/Cost improvement to achieve customer satisfaction.
・Operate import / export Air/Sea cargo in accordance with customer s requirement or global SOP 
・Ensure correct rates in accordance with quotation or global rate card
・Maintain existing customers by improving customer s satisfaction.
・Manage customer P/L and propose improvement plan to Customer Service Manager
・Claim Handling and report to Customer Service Manager or Sales 
・Implementing SOP/KPI for New or Existing Customers
・Coordinate with operation or other department for business improvement, account management, and productivity improvement.

Required Experience/Skills:
Age preference: late 20s - mid 30s
・Communication skills (Japanese,English)
・Air & Sea import and export business experience
・Project proposal ability
・Business improvement and implementation ability
・MS Excel , word knowledge
・Suggestions and contributions to improve overall office productivity
・Follow group compliance 
・Analysis of customer profitability ( by sector / Vertical / Country by top 50 )
・Participation in and contribution to group and internal project 

Preferred Experience/Skills:
・Sales experience
