General Position Salary:
Customer Service Staff position at European Luxury Company's Watch/Jewelry section.

・Correspondence about repair inquiries and how to use the product
・Repair reception desk by telephone or email
Data entry to the repair management system
・Request support from related departments according to the situation
・Complaint handling
・Report creation from dedicated system data
・Other office work related

Required Experiences/Skills:
・Those who have a bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent
・Age: up tp early 40's
・2 years or more of experience in the jewelry industry (sales, back office)
・General PC skills such as Word and Excel
・English (used for email communication)
・Those who can give good influence to the surroundings
・High communication skills
・Highly motivated to acquire knowledge and ability
・Negotiation skills that allows you to interact with customers carefully until the end
・Those who can plan and execute their own goals
・Able to support the team leader and speak / implement for improvement together
・Able to adapt to new environments and changes, and to challenge positively
・Those who are used to the input work with a personal computer
