Description
The Role
This person will act as a strategic HR business partner to the local contract logistics operation team and be responsible for providing day to day consultation on employee life cycle events including talent acquisition, internal transfer and relocation, performance management, employee relations & engagement, annual review exercises as well as onboarding and offboarding processes. The incumbent will also be required to support learning and organization development programs and change management initiatives to enhance organizational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the business and other related stakeholders to ensure the company’s adherence with all legal requirements
Provide HR consulting and operation services in line with business strategies and objectives
Participate in the execution and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives in support of the global HR transformation agenda.
Develop and implement retention initiatives to facilitate talent development, mobility and retention
Ensure the business resourcing requirements are fulfilled within the agreed timeline thru diverse talent acquisition channels and strategies
Ensure the smooth implementation of annual cycles, including salary and bonus review and the performance management processes through close partnership with key stakeholders
Support the planning and global roll out of change management and organization development initiatives
Desired Skills and Experience
Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related discipline.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
Experience in HR account servicing in multinational companies
Able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of HR strategic planning, employment related ordinances, HR policies and procedures
Project management and talent management experience highly preferred
Experience in Logistics / Supply Chain industry highly preferred
Team player, results oriented, self-motivated and detail minded
Strong at consulting and business partnership.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to work with all levels
