General Position Summary:
Associate Director (Individual Contributor) of Japan Indirect Procurement in American Pharmaceutical Company

・Leadership - as a key leader of Japan indirect categories of responsive, developable and then implement sourcing strategy and awareness alignment, compliance and delivery of required business performance. 
・Procurement leadership - provide leadership, strategies and policies. 
・A high performance building engagement model with our business and regions
・Process - realize sourcing management, supplier value management, risk management, as core sustainable processes and enables of delivery. 
・Performance - deliver ongoing savings as required, as well as meeting stakeholders' business requirements
・Relationships - build outstanding relationships with stakeholders, external suppliers, procurement colleagues out of Japan.

Required Experience / Skills:
・Over 7 years of procurement experience in large size company 
・Experience of working for Multinational Company or working in diversified environment 
・Being able to work internal customers to realize their needs with most optimized cost
・Being able to represent Japan with strong English towards global/regional procurement
・Strong communication skills both in English and Japanese
・Ability to think and express logically 
・TOEIC 800 or above 
・Bachelor's degree
