General Position Summary:
Project Procurement Manager position in Global Consumer Electronix company. Purchasing subcontractors (construction / coordination partners, panels / equipment, etc.) 

・Create annual transaction plans with contractors based on sales targets 
・Understand the business details of partner companies and plan order volume (JC dependency, construction capacity, subcontracting system) 
・Manage orders by keeping track of the orders and processes of partner companies (maintain ongoing transactions) 
・Understand and evaluate the quality of partner companies and implement improvement plans 
・Create a training plan for partner companies 
・Develop new business partners that meet the necessary capacity standards 
・Understand order contents and create order specifications (construction outline, construction materials, construction methods, processes, etc.) 
・Manage contract documents and other externally submitted documents 
・Understand the management status of contractors and conduct crisis management. How you will do it 
・Planning and execution of order management and training for subcontractors 

Required Experience / Skills:

・Experience: Supply Chain / Sales administration / Logistics
・PC Skills:  SAP, Excel advanced level
・Language: Japanese Native, English Business level (mainly writing)
・Team player: Good spoken & written communication skill
・Flexible: eased at managing urgent situation
・Goal oriented: Can be autonomous & able to fulfill tasks into the given deadline

Preferred Experience / Skills:
・Approximate construction capacity for construction work 
・Communication technology 
・English skills
