Primary duties:

1: Recruit staff to meet the operational needs, provide effective integration and follow up

Develop recruitment strategy and build a yearly recruitment plan
Plan and manage recruitment budget
Plan and execute efficient and effective staff recruitment to fill the open positions in a timely manner
Post positions by placing on-line & off-line job advertisement, contacting agencies, schools and professional associations that relate to positions
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
Conduct efficient pre-integration trainings to provide the information on life in the company, expected mind frame, attitude and posture to serve as staff
Conduct post-integration by phone or face-to-face interview and provide timely feedback to HR Manager and HR Director
Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation and recommending new procedures if applicable

2: Explore recruitment channels and sources

Research and make proposals on new sources, tools and channels for candidate recruiting
Proactively visit and contact training schools, universities, agencies and professional associations to advertise the comapny and follow up to maintain relations for potential recruitment
Participate job fairs and recruitment-related events to advertise
 
3: Monitor and analyse traffic and recruitment data

By studying and regularly analysing the data on online recruitment media, make improvements on any points for more efficient presentation and effective usage of such media to increase the number of applicants
Regularly monitor and analyse applicants data and lead actions to enlarge the talent pool

Mission 4 : Overview staff recruitment

Build staff recruitment strategy with HR managers on-site

Mission 5 : Provide proactive assistance to Office recruitment

Assist HR Director for the office of staff recruitment followed by plan and organization of integration program
Collaborate and maintain good relationship with recruiting agencies
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates which may include conducting the first interview

Success indicators:

-       Recruitment achievement: % of Hiring / HR needs
-       Work efficiency and quality: % of Interviewed / Applicants & % Hired/ Interviewed
-       Recruitment budget management
-       Engagement: Turnover and retention rate
-       Guideline, Processes and deadline respect

Experience and Skills:
  • 6+ years’ recruiting experience
  • People management experience
  • Recruitment, Communication, Leadership, Analytical, Dealing with Ambiguity, Negotiation
