A European company with global operations in about 80 countries is looking for a Consumer Marketing Director.
Responsibilities
- Planning and implementation of marketing activation strategies to achieve sales/share targets
- Marketing for retail business
- Marketing activation/go-to-market strategy and planning in the Japanese market
- Media, Promotions, In-Store Support
- Create and manage annual budgets
- Prospect creation for proper inventory management of new products and promotions
- Promote projects in collaboration with related departments (sales, supply chain, finance, R&D, etc.)
Requirements:
- More than 7 years of experience at an FMCG manufacturer, especially product development and promotion (communications, digital media, in-store promotion, etc.)
- Experience in team development and management
- Solid skills using Microsoft Office
- Business level English
- Marketing experience in the cosmetics field welcome
