Key Responsibilities

  • In cooperation with airfreight managers, sales teams, marketing teams, and other business development managers both at local & global levels, to plan strategies and drive both short- and long-term growth from air exports, imports, and cross trades for North East Asia area (Japan & Korea).
  • To train, align with, and lead large sales teams which are still in development stage for airfreight selling expertise, including joint sales calls, development of sales tools, providing market information, implementation of won business, postmortem for loss business recovery, etc.
  • Taking full advantage of airfreight product, to create key customer value propositions with other logistics products to embody company’s global logistics integrator vision.
  • Whenever necessary, to support & act as a deputy of area head of airfreight especially in the area of strategy building, business plan, marketing campaigns, global tenders, customer service assurance, business implementation, vendor management, and ad-hoc assignments.

  • Ability to cope with multi-tasking under pressure and maintain a positive outlook
