Specific business description
Act as a bridge to support our European brand partners with their eCommerce development in Japan and/or supporting our Japanese brand partners with their eCommerce development in China.
Specific tasks include:
- Account Relationship Management, support brand development and sales of well-established and starter brands mainly in the Cosmetic & Health supplement industries.
- Promotion planning.
- Content creation and translation support.
- Developing sales channels for the brand as per the brand sales strategy
- Act as a bridge
- Develop marketing budget and marketing plans with/for our brands.
- Support sales of our client services to new brands.
- Coordinate with partners to deliver good service to our brands.
- Coordinate advertising and influencer sales campaigns
- Japanese Native, Good English skills are important and Chinese language skills are nice to have but not essential.
- Responsible for brand content listing on our eCommerce storefronts.

Our client is a cross-border eCommerce company. We are building our team in Tokyo to help Japanese brands to develop their business in China in a simple and cost-effective manner, as well as to support European brands who want to enter the attractive Japanese eCommerce market.
It is very hard for SME brands to develop their cross-border business, and our role is to make it easier for them and help them at every step. Our proprietary software platform (NOMAD) covers commerce, distribution, logistics, payments, and analytics and helps us to reduce the cost and complexity of eCommerce for our brand partners.
