About this position:
Mainly in charge of payroll, attendance management, social insurance related work, system design, welfare management, etc. of store staff (about 1000 people), from the perspective of an employee, together with C & B staff of office staff, temporary staff, and HRBP We will continue to build a comfortable working environment by enhancing services and support from the perspective of C & B.
Qualification & Experience
- Holding of social insurance related knowledge, salary calculation experience
- B to C business HR experience more than 3 years (retail business, consumer goods business HR experience is good)
- Excel: Intermediate or above
- English: Good experience if used in practice (not required)
- Others: Human resources who can work with interest in the personal care business and link business growth with their own growth.
