General Description

The purpose of this position is to perform overall payroll process

under supervision of manager. The position also support

manager in annual labor budget, handle labor management

matter and propose all kinds of C&B related topic.


Specific Accountabilities

- Management of all aspects of payroll including management of payroll related vendors

- Perform salary and bonus calculations

-Calculate wages and overtime

- Processing of joiner/mover/leaver process

- Administration of social insurance, labor insurance, and pension systems

- Management of employee welfare including working hour management and health checkup management

- Budget management support

- Involvement in various types of HR related projects

- Audit support

- Management of foreign nationals

- First contact for all kinds of C&B matter inquiry from staff

- C&B Assistant Manager

- Staff in HR&GA

- Finance and internal control team

- All levels of employees

- Payroll and working record vendor

- Tax consultant and Social security consultant

- Corporate Health Insurance Society

- Benefit service provider

- The person in charge of C&B in the Group



- 4-year college degree or equivalent.

- Minimum 5 years of payroll/compensation experience

- General payroll or accounting knowledge

- Good numeric and statistical skills with attention to details

- Has self-management skills
