Our client is an European luxury good company looking to hire their Corporate TA Senior Partner. This position is a vital part of the Talent Management team, implementing and execute recruitment strategies for the organization and Maison's. Partner with HRBP's and work the full lifecycle of the recruitment process. Good Opportunity for TA manager or specialist looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnering (Hiring manager & HRBP's)
- Executing (Lead and conduct intake meetings, work alongside hiring managers for roles)
- Report and Data management (Track and communicate interviews, maintain data on ATS)
- Research (Build pipelines, research labor market)
Required Skills
- Native level Japanese is mandatory with Business level English
- Recruitment in retail industry is preferred
- 5+ years of in house/ and or agency side recruitment experience
