Directly leads the A&F department in Japan. Tasked with providing direction to drive organization’s financial operational and improve performance. This includes internal controls, strategy planning, analysis and monitoring expenses. The ability to tactifully implement financial operations, develop effective financial solutions, driving revenue and profit growth, compliance and regulatory management are key for the success of the organization.

As the highest Finance Manager in Japan this position will be leading the department of 12.


  • Analyze the financial climate, and assist executives in creating strategic plans
  • Interpret financial data and update to improve performance
  • Analyze, consolidate and direct all cost accounting, statistical and routine reports distribution
  • Variance analysis to provide data for evaluating business
  • Coordinate planning with Operations head to align business plans and weekly cost forecast with operational capabilities
  • Establish goals to assess the financial impact on the business unit and drive the development of planning tools/ templates as well as financial models and strategies
  • Ensure all company’s financial practices are in line with statutory regulation and legislation (ie. FCPA, BRCC, etc.)

Must have:

  • 4 years experience
  • University degree in Accounting (or related field)
  • Good working skill in English
