Job Description Job Responsibility:
 ・ Order Management & Order Fulfillment from directly managed stores and business partners
 ・ Inventory allocation and inventory adjustment of directly managed stores
 ・ SAP warehousing / delivery ・ Inventory data verification
 ・ Various report extraction ・ Form update
 ・ Standard format data aggregation business ( Sales / billing / inventory data aggregation business)
 ・ Supply chain / process optimization / improvement
 ・ Participation in various projects related to in-house supply chain
 ・ Surplus inventory management business support
 ・ Order management & Order Fulfillment from directly managed stores and business partners
 ・ Direct management Store inventory allocation and inventory adjustment
 ・ Responding to inquiries from business partners and related departments within the company
 ・ Proposals and execution of improvements in business processes and store operations 
 ・ Collaboration with related departments such as sales, marketing, logistics, and information systems
 ・ KPI setting and management related to business and achievement of its goals

【Qualification requirements】
(Required requirements)
・ Customer service related to ordering and inventory management (30 or more delivery destinations) 2 years or more of work experience
・ Intermediate Excel or higher (VlookUp function / pivot table creation / auto filter work experience required)
・ English: Daily conversation required, Beginner-intermediate level business English proficiency (reading / writing / conversation)

・ Experience in promoting joint projects with internal / external / overseas teams ・ Experience
and experience in warehouse management is a plus
・ Retail industry Or experience in the cosmetics industry, experience in
