You would answer the need as the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. 


Key Role and Responsibilities:

  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
  • Maintaining social media presence across all digital channels especially LINE
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Collaborate with relevant parties and stakeholders across key functions of the business (retail, sales, CRM, media, events, licences, PR and creative)
  • Developing new and nurture existing relationships with key business partners e.g. Franchise partners, hotels, travel agencies, charities in order to support the business.)
  • Develop an understanding of the each consumer segment
  • Distributing current season assets to all relevant DOS in a timely manner
  • Assisting with the creation of presentations to support or recap marketing initiatives/activities

  • Bridge and harmonize the Global teams in London and Milan with the teams in Tokyo, ensuring all are abreast with activities happening in market.

 

Knowledge and skills:

  • 3+ years marketing and digital marketing experience; preferably with a similar or larger organization
  • Knowledge of the fashion industry and market trends
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Profound experience of marketing activities in the retail industry
  • Proficient in PC/Windows, Microsoft Office, digital tools
  • Familiarity with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good organizing skills with attention to details
  • Ability to independently organize, analyse and prioritize broad workload to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communications skills in Japanese and in English
  • High skill in English (TOEIC: over 800 or equivalent)
  • Travelling to other region in Japan is required
