Currently searching for a Ecommerce and Digital Marketing manager for a retail company. This would be a great role for someone who would like to move from a smaller brand into a major brand with vast resources for digital transformation. Or if you are currently working in a luxury brand where you are just taking orders from Home Office without any creative leeway. 

This role will reward a person who is creative, commercially focused, and innovative. If you're searching for a transactional role, this would not be a good company for you...this is a role where each day is unique and you're expected to bring solutions and step up to new challenges. You'll understand how to work with LINE and had experience with SEO and SEM.

This role will report into the head of marketing and you'll work cross functionally including merchandising, marketing, retail, and regional tackling omni-channel initiatives. For that reason, you'll need strong Japanese skills and to coordinate with home office, you'll be expected to to have excellent English skills. 



  • Develop annual ecommerce strategy including execution and monitoring
  • Plan and track regional online sales targets
  • Partner with HQ and local merchandising teams to ensure correct product assortment is represented online and timely replenishment is complete
  • Use retail and online insights to action and maintain local visual merchandising
  • Plan and execute a regional trade calendar to support marketing activations, search trends and regional key moments
  • Manage editorial and product copy for website ensuring high quality and accuracy across the website
  • Lead omni-channel projects
  • Support online wholesale to drive future growth of online channels


Digital marketing

  • SEO/SEM planning and analysis
  • Develop customer journeys
  • Evaluate the brand tone of voice across all digital channels


  • Developing and maintain brand’s social media presence on regional platforms
  • In line with global marketing and social calendar, produce and execute a local LINE calendar and posting schedule
  • Add rich content to LINE and build into a local owned content platform
