This company is one of the world's leaders in FMCG industry and is particularly recognized for its innovation and robustness in its product varieties and development. 

The suitable candidate will be a member of the Supply Chain Finance team to close, estimate and report for plant expenses and logistics area.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Closing, Reporting and Analysis:
- Close and report actual COM, COGS accurately and timely basis for Factory Expense and Logistics area and provide explanations and business solutions.

 
Manage Factory Expense and Logistic cost:
- As a Supply Chain Finance Analyst, control Factory Expense and Logistics costs, freight and warehouse by corroboration with Logistics team.

- Analyze the GAP vs target and provide the cost optimization and new plant savings. 
 
COGS control:
- Forecast, close and report local COGS by working with Japan and regional team.


Cash, Inventory and Account payable control:
- Forecast inventory and payable balance.

- Report actual v.s. gap for inventory and payable and provide actions to be taken for appropriate cash balance control.
 
Other areas that may require assistance:
Cost accounting, reporting, asset ledger control and IRR calculation, internal/external financial audit, physical inventory count, work on process improvement with plant people, finance people in Tokyo Head Office and overseas Office.



Requirements:

University graduate

Accounting qualifications are preferred but not mandatory

3-5 years accounting or FP&A experience in finance department (multi-national companies preferred)
Interpersonal communication skill
Basic Excel, Word and Power Point skill and IT literacy

Business level English communication skill both writing and speaking
