Our Client is looking for a General Affairs Manager who will help them run the company smoothly.
This position allows you to take charge of a wide range of areas.
・Mainly facility management, projects associated with facility transfer.
・ Management of contract documents, management work, management of related expenses.・Equipment management planning and management of plenary sessions and in-house events,
・Telephone correspondence, visitor correspondence, general affairs, etc.
What you should have in your experience:
* Project management skills
* High communication ability and interpersonal ability
* Responsibility and high commitment
* Ability to respond flexibly and agilely to situations where there is no correct answer
* PC skills (Excel intermediate / advanced, Word, PowerPoint)
