An exciting opportunity at a leading forwarding company as the General Manager of Tokyo Sales Department.                                                                          

The Tokyo Sales Department is in charge of customers mainly in the Kanto region. It has about 600 customers.                                                    

Job Description:                                               

  • Sales development of customers in Kanto, Tohoku, and Hokkaido (currently in charge: about 10 companies)                                          
  • Management work to achieve the goals of the sales headquarters (1x1 monthly, weekly team meetings)                                                   
  • Team management to achieve team and individual goals (1x1 monthly, weekly team meetings)                                                 
  • Coordinating and deciding the direction of the team (what kind of project, approach to customers)                                                 
  • Development of personal ability and feedback                                                 
  • Accompanyin sales                                                          
  • The breakdown of work is management: sales activities = 9:1                                                                                                                      

Qualifications:                                                                                                         

  • Sales experience in the logistics industry: 5 years or more                                                          
  • People managed experience: Those who have had multiple subordinates in their careers (training, personnel evaluation, etc.)                                                                        

Language Skills: Business level and above. Japanese ability (N1 level or higher) and English ability (TOEIC 750 points or higher)
