Our client is a leading cosmetics and consumer goods company searching to hire a global business process expert.
The global business process expert will be responsible for designing and maintaining the global business process model for supply planning.
- Develop and improve business processes for global solutions with stakeholders.
- Benchmarking, standardization and optimization of supply chain planning process.
- Communicate with other business process experts for design updates and improvements.
- Oversee and improve systems to implement best practices.
- At least 5 years experience in process management / operations.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written. Japanese language skill preferred.
- Experience of working with supply chain management in a group context.
- Driven for constant improvement in business processes
- Excellent track record of leading / working with global teams.
- Comprehensive problem solving, analytical, leadership and relationship building skills.
- Logical, results oriented, multi-tasking capability, quick learner and can work under high pressure
