Job description
You will collaborate with the wider team to create successes in gaining + retaining customers by offering industry leading solutions. Taking a key role in tender proposals, as well as ensuring compelling logistic concepts are designed and delivered for our customers operations, you will support innovation and the development of new concepts as well as the standardization of operations integrating new technology while building on existing best practices.
Your tasks and responsibilities
To pursue customer opportunities with competitive solutions and proposals in line with our capabilities.
To assess current processes and solutions in compliance with our global standard processes and customer expectations.
To identify and deliver improvements, scale best practices globally to reach higher operational standards as promised to our customers.
To create standards and blueprints to deliver a consistent experience to our customers.
To report and review on our progress to your team, as well as our customers, ensuring we continually improve and demonstrate high customer retention.
To leverage our internal teams to propose the latest innovation and industry leading solutions to our customers.
To evolve our customer relationships, building trust + strong partnerships to generate new opportunities.
Your skills and experience
Minimum 3+ years of working experience in contract logistics field
Ability to read, write and converse in Japanese and English fluently
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong team player and is self-motivated
