We are recruiting to expand operations and we are looking for a new HR/GA staff to join our team to help our growth together.

Responsibilities;

The ideal candidate will support Human Resources & General Affairs responsibilities and support the management on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources and general affairs for business growth.

Human resources

  • Statutory filings and procedures for social insurance, residence tax etc.
  • Attendance management including overtime, annual leave, and other leaves for employees on HR system
  • Managing employee information and data
  • Managing, maintain and update employment contracts,
  • Collect payroll data including overtime data and check payroll reports calculated by external vendor
  • Coordinating recruitment process, screening CVs and being a point of contact during the process
  • Onboarding/offboarding coordination (Preparing PC, mobile phone and office equipment and arranging inductions for new employees)
  • Coordinating trainings with external service providers

Office admin (30%)

  • Set up company events
  • Manage office stationery and equipment
  • Maintains and updates, company organizational charts, work calendars
  • Assists employees with working visa renewal
  • Assists employees with questions on policies, benefits or other related HR&GA items
  • Other admin tasks on ad-hoc basis

  • Qualifications
  • 3 years of HR admin experience (Payroll)
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and HR policies/ practices governing employment and payroll
  • Business level in written and spoken English and native fluency in Japanese
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skill
