My client is a French organization and is looking for an HR Manager to join their team in Tokyo.
The HR Manager has 2 subordinates and the report line is HR Director and APAC Head Office.
Responsibilities:
1) recruitment
- Evaluate and distinguish the recruitment channels to reach out to the suitable candidates, while promoting direct sourcing to optimize internal network and create central talent pool
- Utilizing recruitment system to effectively to manage the whole recruitment cycle
- Coordinate internal mobility within the organization
2) Employee relations
- Based on the business need and strategy, provide HR advice as well as the solution people issue/ agendas
- Answer different inquires from employee, offer consultation depending on the needs and situation
- Look after topics on people management, performance issue, ethical issue, grasping all the situation and manage in an appropriate manner
3) L&D
- Collaborating with the regional (APAC) team, plan and deliver the annual leaning & development plan for the Group brands
- Identify and select the contents of the training as well as the facilitator
- Coordinate different preparation of the training (e.g, enrollment) while attending the session to assess the feedback
Skills and experience
- More than 3 years recruitment experience, more than 5 years HR experience
- Solid and broad of HR knowledge
- Ability to effectively communicate with different stakeholders
- Business level English
- Strong interest and proximity to our business
- Retail experience is a plus
