- Responsible for local talent acquisition, build up and maintain the candidate database, fast-delivery.
- Capable of talent mapping, candidate trend analyzing and summarizing the information of competitors.
- Have a deep understanding toward business, manage the current recruitment sources and develop more to benefit the internal recruitment.
- Being an influencer for recruitment, includes method, procedures, also employer branding to ensure candidates to have a better interview conduct.
- Build up internal training system and company culture.
- Other relevant HR affairs.
- Bachelor degree or above.
- At least 8 years working experience in HR
- Rich management experience for recruitment channels, be able to communicate with high level candidates, fast delivery for different candidates for different needs helping the company to grow step by step.
- Excellent data analyzing ability, capable of dealing with tough cases, multi-tasked ability.
- Positive, responsible, can work under pressure.
- Chinese language skills
