An European medical manufacturing company in Tokyo is looking to hire an HR Manager for their Tokyo office.
Roles & Responsibilities
1) All HR work (Local Business support) Staff development, organizational development, Recruitment, On Boarding, HR Policy etc.
2) Global Projects (alignment with APAC headquarters) Target setting, incentives, Labor cost budgeting etc. Greenhouse Gas Project
3) Promotion of internal communication All employee meetings, various translations
4) General affairs Fleet control / mobile phone, Health and Safety/ Disaster prevention Cooperation with a building management company
5) Legal Documentation of Shareholders MTG, Contract check etc.
