This is a great opportunity to be working side by side with the Head of HR and the APAC team.
The HR Officer will cover 2 main roles:
1.) Recruiting
- recruiting for needed employees (store staff and back office)
2.) Training
- conduct training / provide training materials to internal corporate staff via eLearning
- will need to do some local translation for training materials in English.
What is important that you have:
- Fluency in Japanese and business English (both writing and Speaking) is needed.
- Recruiting, pipeline and current hiring needs
- Retail experience, need not current experience
- Training experience
- Passion to talk to People and to up skill their needs.
