My client is a Swiss retail brand and is looking for an HR Specialist to join their office in Tokyo.
The company size is 120 people in Japan, hence the HR team consists of only 2 people.
The sales are very good that confirms the company stability and growth on the Japanese market.
Responsibility:
Administer compensation and benefit plans
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve
any issues that may arise
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Assist Senior HR Manager in development and implementation of human resource policies
Skills required:
University Graduate
5 years and above experience in HR
specialist in multinational companies
Good command of both spoken and written
English & Japanese
Stable, pro-active, flexible, integrity and
multi-tasking with strong interpersonal &
communication skills
retail experienced preferred
