- Previous experience in HR Business Partner field
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Business Oriented and interest in luxury / fashion
- Strong sense of responsibilities
- Communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Japanese : Native level
- English : Business level (speaking and writing)
- French is a plus

SUPPORT THE BUSINESS By
Being the business partner for Retail managers:
- In charge of approximately 12 stores/corners mainly on West side of Japan.
- Coordinate and challenge organization plans (employee store transfer, promotions, demotions)
- Manage monthly/annual headcounts.
- Manage hiring interviews and processes.
- Handle Employee related issues.
