Main Responsibilities

  • Planning & execution in HR & GA
  • Decision making & problem solving
  • Hiring of regular employee, agency workers
  • Payroll, compensation, social insurance, tax related work
  • Talent management, Learning/Training
  • Goal setting, Annual evaluation, merit, promotion
  • TRP, succession plan
  • EHS including COVID-19 management
  • Manage employee activities and volunteer activities
  • Promote ERG, Culture, WoW
  • Communication and negotiation with Union
  • General administrations
  • Compliance related work
  • Correspondence to related laws and regulations
  • Communicate with stakeholders and HR colleagues, deliver business needs
  • Deliver safety environment
  • Deliver information and activities of corporate and HR to site employees, drive site communications
  • Cost management of related activities
  • Comply corporate policies and guidelines

Ideal Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of Human Resources or related experience
  • Good communication skills in both Japanese and English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
