Our client is a global pharmaceutical company that is looking to hire a HR Business Partner to support the manufacturing unit.
Job Scope
- Partnering with the leadership & the talent and development teams to align people strategy to people strategy
- Provides insights, consultation, guides, tools, and information related to Talent Management, Talent Development, D&I, Recruiting & Staffing, Organizational Development, Labor Management, Performance Management etc
- Help and work to solve labor related issues
- Liaise and coordinate with other departments and work on projects
Required skills and qualifications
- More than 5 years’ experience in Human Resources field, especially in recruiting and training & development
- Business level English communication skills such as business email is preferred
- Has flexible mindset to propose new ideas and improvement plans
- Interpersonal skills to help bridge the different departments
- Having a Kaizen mindset
- Has solid and organized work skills
