A multinational professional services company is looking for an HRBP to be part of their team. In collaboration with the department's leader partners, human resources leaders, and global teams, they are expanding their knowledge of human resources both in Japan and overseas, and promoting proposals and operations.
・ Budgeting such as personnel expenses and identification of Talent Capability in the medium term
・ Identification of Talent, examination and implementation of various training measures
· Planning and operation of evaluation system (potential performance evaluation), identification of various issues and problem solving
· Planning and operation of compensation system, identification of various issues and problem solving
・ Planning and execution to increase employee satisfaction
・ Participation in HR-related initiatives (culture change, introduction / penetration of new evaluation / development framework, introduction / penetration of new HR IT system, etc.)
・ Analysis of individual attributes / performance data / Extraction of issues, etc.
・ Responding to labor-related and global issues
Required experience / skills:
■ Person who has more than 3 years experience of any of the following
・ Over 3 years work experience as a human resources generalist or HRBP in a company with a scale of 300 or more (including labor affairs)
・ Experience building and introducing a new personnel system in a company with a scale of 300 or more
・ Experience negotiation / coordination with business class or above
· Basic understanding of labor laws
・ Human resource consulting experience

・ Project and program management experience
・ Operating experience of personnel evaluation
· Business-level English ability
Remote work up to twice a week, core-less flextime system, etc.
