2. Promote ideal culture of Talent Development, process of Recruitment & Retention
3. Manage global process of Evaluation and Compensation
4. Design mechanism for Employee Engagement
5. Upgrade HR Operations and Processes for productivity and capability development
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Japanese and English - ability to interface with all levels of the stakeholders. Strong influential skill to lead initiatives
- 10 years+ working experience, 5 years+ working experience in HR and 2 years+ working experience as HRBP.
- Strategic thinking in developing clear mid-term HR strategy and take the lead in its implementation
