A European fashion brand is looking for HRGA to join their team in Tokyo.
・Act as Business Partner to Retail Leaders and Store Managements, as well as being focal point to retail staff for all HR related dimension.
・Proceed the multiple on-going projects together with local Retail or HQ HR.
・Support HRD and GM in all projects
・Maintain effective and accurate data to provide with counterparts upon the needs, such as incentive calculation, retail talent assessment, or global sales competitions.
・Maintaining admin and data base
Experience & Qualifications
・3 years and more experience in HR, ideally in the retail industry as generalist including recruiting, talent development planning, performance management processes, compensation-related experience
・Good knowledge on basic labor regulation and social security
・Well trained Excel skills and good command on English
・Must be a proactive team-player
