Rare opportunity to work as an internal management consultant in a global luxury retail company.


This position will be the bridge between North East Asia management and global headquarters in Europe. The position reports directly to the president of North East Asia, and it will involve working closely with all senior regional managers.


Key responsibilities:


  • Lead the company's quarterly and annual strategic and business plans including reporting on periodical performance results to headquarters

  • Manage cross-functional project teams to identify, analyze, and develop plans around critical strategic priorities

  • Provide research and analytical support to identify, evaluate, and implement solutions for strategic priorities or critical business issues that arise

  • Work independently to design and lead research projects related to market trends, consumer profiles, and competitive intelligence





  • Bachelors' degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA from top U.S. or European institutions highly preferred

  • At least 3 years of total experience in top-tier investment banking (M&A/ financial advisory), top-tier management consulting, private equity or strategic planning/ corporate development/finance role from fast-paced results oriented multinational corporation is a must



  • Prior experience in retail not necessary

  • Superb financial modelling skills and extensive experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with experience presenting complex analysis to executives and senior management

  • Exceptional proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of corporate finance and accounting. Knowledge of Retail KPI analysis is a plus

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide project management support

  • Fluent in English. Native or business-level Japanese preferred, but not essential
