Overview
Our client is a European based company in the pharma industry. They are looking for a Junior HRBP to join the HR Strategic team under the two senior HRBPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Working with heads of departments on HR projects
- Labor related issues from various sectors of the company
- Helping with employee regulations
- Implementing and working on strategic HR plans
Required Skills
- 2-3 years of working as a strategic HR
- Experience with labor related issues is a plus
- Native level Japanese with intermediate level English
