- Ensure collection and analysis of external data
- Ensure generation of insights and formulation of recommendations for the entire organization
- Develop the consumer journey strategy (consistent across all touchpoints)
- Ensure communication of a high-quality and consistent brand image across all marketing initiatives (e.g. IAP, CRM initiatives, product launches)
- Leads improvement of business results by providing marketing tools to B2C and B2B channels
- Ensure development of the digital/social media strategy
- Apart of the local Management Team, drive the overall organization's business results by making tactical and strategic decisions and by building the organization in a sustainable way
Required Qualifications, Experiences & Skills
• More than 10 years marketing experience including Digital and CRM on top of classic Brand marketing
• Extensive commercial experience in marketing and sales, with a strategic mindset, preferably in a high end luxury brand or FMCG
• Extensive organizational and leadership experience with managing at least 5+ subordinates (preferably 10+ subordinates)
• Experience in market research/CRM/Brand Marketing/Marketing Communications/Product Management
• Business Acumen (understanding of processes and enablers, drivers of Business Models & being capable to translate it into relevant Marketing Actions)
• Good understanding of value chain analysis and all functional areas of the business beyond Marketing, e.g. finance, manufacturing, procurement, supply, demand planning
