A leading global transportation and logistics provider is seeking an Air Logistics, Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Manager!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING ON A DAILY BASIS?

You will be responsible for leading + building the capability of the PharmaChain as well as supporting its further development + growth. You will do this by collaborating with various internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.

  • To ensure all pharma teams receive basic + refresher trainings +/or specialized trainings (E.g. Dangerous Goods Regulation, Qualified Envirotainer Provider, etc.) as required.

  • To ensure all working instructions + standard operating procedures are up to date + accessible by all stakeholders.

  • To lead + monitor the implementation of all new business awards.

  • To communicate current activities + continuous improvement opportunities in partnership with key stakeholders.

  • To provide guidance on transportation + packaging solutions.

  • To work closely with sales + pricing teams in driving growth for the pharma + healthcare vertical.

  • To ensure the quality of product + service through regular engagement with carrier partners.

  • To support + liaise closely with relevant teams in internal + external audits as required.

During the day, follow up to ensure that new customers are being on-boarded in compliance with our processes + planned audits are in place to ensure certifications are up to date.
On a regular basis,
consult with key stakeholders + customers regularly to review progress + processes, ensuring a focus on continuous improvement + high levels of customer retention. Finally focus on evolving our customer relationships, forming trust + deeper relationships to enable new opportunities.
