Job Description

  • Support internal projects with different departments
  • Make sure all project and payroll deadlines are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Generate and audit payroll reports for accounts you are responsible for
  • Make sure to provide good customer service to clients
  • Ensure that all reports and payroll data are accurate and fulfilled on time
  • Client account management

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of HR Business Partnering experience in an international company;
  • Previous regional (APAC) HR experience is preferred but not a requirement;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to flex own communication style;
  • Ability to work cross functionally and partner with multiple business areas to impact business decisions;
  • Proven track record of developing strong relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders;
  • Ability to leverage data and trend analysis to identify issues then advise on path to improvement or solutions
  • Experience coaching and developing new managers;
  • Proactive, takes initiative, able to multitask and prioritize;
  • Ambitions, striving for professional development, and proven ability to learn fast;
  • Flexible and able to cope well with changes with “can-do” attitude;
  • Fluent in English and Japanese;
