We are looking for an experienced payroll specialist with Japanese payroll calculation experience and knowledge of social insurance-related processes to join our dynamic team in Tokyo.
If you have experience in Japanese payroll calculation and the relevant software, can speak native-level Japanese, conversational or above English, are client-centric, and take ownership of the payroll process, then we would love to hear from you.
You will work with a diverse international team servicing a wide variety of clients in multiple industries. There will be very good opportunities for new skill development and career advancement.
- Payroll calculations for clients’ employees.
- Administrative tasks such as preparation of payslips, enrollment of new employees with social insurance office, adding or removing dependents, maternity leaves, etc.
- Administrative support on social insurance-related process for clients
- Annual social insurance reports, labor insurance premium calculation, and end of year adjustment process
- Other payroll/social insurance/labor insurance-related tasks as required
- 2 years or more of experience and knowledge of Japanese Payroll calculations and relevant tasks
- Experience in handling Japanese Social insurance process and relevant tasks
- English (conversational level or above)
