General Overview of the Job:
In order to respond to customer requests (called future orders) based on the tradeshow held twice a year, purchase requests by sales representatives and individual requests called SMU (specific customer specifications) are considered in consideration of inventory levels and production schedules of suppliers While ordering products (finished products), manage the delivery date. Also manages quality when delivering products to the 3PL warehouse.
Main Roles& Responsibilities:
・Daily operations utilizing ERP system (JD Edwards) and BI tools
・P/O data, receipt of goods etc., data entries
・Maintain data on the system (JD Edwards) including supplier information and price information
・Analysis and communication utilizing Excel data extracted from the system
・Trade operations when purchasing from overseas suppliers
・Trilateral export business for overseas customers
・Manage suppliers cost difference, delivery times, quality and business terms, and take necessary measures to evaluate suppliers and avoid risks. Also seek opportunities to share suppliers with the US procurement department.
・If there is any difference (quantity, unit price, total amount) between the bill and the actual delivery, investigate the cause and take necessary corrective measures.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
・University degree and related work experience
・At least 2 years of procurement or import/export at a foreign-affiliated company or equivalent job experience
・Procurement experience in sports apparel or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) is desirable
・Experience of import / export operations of finished products (materials and raw materials are acceptable) and knowledge of related laws and regulations
・Negotiation skill (delivery date adjustment, action request to suppliers according to the situation change)
・Management experience of overseas and domestic suppliers
・ Experience using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning: JD Edwards is preferred) system
・Coordination with cross-functional stakeholders
・Business level English is must.
・MS Office knowledge and experience (especially Excel)
・Proactive attitudes with positive mind-set
・Being able to respond to developing conditions and changes.

・Ability to respond to rapid environmental changes and be able to flexibly respond to irregular situations
