The Company

The Role

1. Develop and maintain a strategic relationship with recruiting agencies to secure enough number of qualified candidates for required positions. Improve vendor management to enhance the hiring capability


2. Plan and implement new hiring methods and channels including internship program, New College Graduates, and direct sourcing in accordance with management decision


Coordinate / manage all hiring process with respective hiring managers both permanent employee and agency temp closely working with regional HRBP

Hiring Manager 並びにHRBP と密接に連携し全ての採用プロセスをマネジメントする

3. Improve employer branding in Japan, closely co-working with corporate TA function. (eg, make the global hiring web-site more visible for candidates in Japan)

US本社のTalent Acquisitionチームと連携して日本でのEmployer Brandingを向上させる。具体的にはグローバルの採用Web-siteを日本の候補者によりわかりやすく改善する等

4. Coordinate on-boarding training programs and propose other business literacy training based upon the requests from department.


Ideal Qualifications

5 - 8 years HR experience including mid-career recruiting and L&D related planning & operation


Proven knowledge of Japanese labour law


Fluent Japanese and business level English


Supportive and pro-active mind set


Manufacturing, high-tech, B to B business experience
