A top French transportation and shipping company is seeking to fill a Representative, Customer Care position.

 

POSITION SUMMARY

  • Solve problem incurred from booking at origin to cargo release at destination
  • Follow up GSSC team to hit target regarding turn time for their transactional process.
  • Tracking delinquent & AOI
  • Manage DRM for work efficiency

 

KEY RESULT AREAS

  • Meet company target set by customer charter (Booking/BL turn time, solve dispute within target time, ecommerce ratio, customer satisfaction score) .

  • Improve customer’s satisfaction.

  • Improve local charges collection & account receivable.

 

3 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/DUTIES

 

  • Deal with various inquiry & problem solving through communication with internal /external customer via email & phone

  • Follow up GSSC team for booking, BL production, rating & invoicing

  • Monitor delinquent & outstanding on BL charge, NFI invoice & cancellation fee

  • Promote e-tool
