- Solve problem incurred from booking at origin to cargo release at destination
- Follow up GSSC team to hit target regarding turn time for their transactional process.
- Tracking delinquent & AOI
- Manage DRM for work efficiency
KEY RESULT AREAS
Meet company target set by customer charter (Booking/BL turn time, solve dispute within target time, ecommerce ratio, customer satisfaction score) .
Improve customer’s satisfaction.
Improve local charges collection & account receivable.
3 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/DUTIES
Deal with various inquiry & problem solving through communication with internal /external customer via email & phone
Follow up GSSC team for booking, BL production, rating & invoicing
Monitor delinquent & outstanding on BL charge, NFI invoice & cancellation fee
- Basic business manner & communication skill in English & Japanese
