Key Activities:

Activities to promote innovation and digitalization: Create proposals for new projects. Comprehensive promotion of existing operations, from uncovering internal and customer demand to demonstration testing and implementation.

To Customers
Sharing the latest technologies and trends through digitalization activities

  • Sharing the latest technologies and trends

  • Problem identification

  • Support for process improvement

  • Propose solutions based on mid- to long-term strategies

  • Support for contract renewal


  • Preparation of periodic progress reports

  • Budget development

  • ADT team management and human resource development

  • Internal sharing of latest technologies and trends

  • Creation of opportunities, demonstration experiments, and implementation support

  • Collaboration and coordination with other sectors, functions, and region teams


  • Market research on the latest technologies and trends

  • Strengthening relationships with subcontractors and other suppliers

  • Support for supplier selection and contract conclusion

  • Cooperation and coordination with group companies

Problem Complexity/ Process

Key Activities:

  • Create opportunities and support implementation of digitalization in existing operations

  • Collaborate with related departments in APAC Office including coordination

  • Understand TMS/WMS functionality and drive for integration with latest technologies

  • Training of internal RPA (UiPath) developers.

  • Provide indirect direction and guidance to the relevant developers at the operations site who do not have direct command and control.

  • Securing sales and profits from new projects

  • Smooth project execution in accordance with plans

  • Experience in SCM/logistics operations on the shipper side or in the 3PL industry

  • Experience in logistics digitalization, RPA, etc. is desirable

  • Business English skills

  • Understanding and practice of various continuous improvement methods

  • Experience in proposing solutions for warehouse and distribution operations

  • Basic understanding of WMS/TMS

  • Social skills (interpersonal relationship building, communication, empathy for others, and other human skills)

  • Problem solving, creative thinking and decision making skills

  • Leadership skills

  • Basic understanding of finance and accounting

  • Basic understanding of various contracts

  • Basic understanding of occupational health and safety management
