Demand Planning and Supply planning for a category to start
Support planning and logistics activities to planning managers in Strategic Planning team
Manage PO to payment transaction in SAP / WebAs
Artwork change management
Areas of Responsibility
Strategic (Frequency: 3/6 months)
Provide long term forecasts for annual budgets and long range planning for assigned category
Maintain FG inventory norms
Coordinate with sales and marketing team and distribution team to capture the voice of customer and monitor customer service levels
Collaborate with CMOs & Own Plant to ensure a stable supply
Operational (Frequency: Monthly)
Maintain hygiene and integrity of master data (inventory norms, transit lead time, outdated forecasts / orders, potential expiry / expired stock, unwanted sales orders / open deliveries, NPL indicators)
Ensure demand planning via S&OP meeting for monthly supply planning
Review production plans prepared by CMOs by assessing the impact on FG inventory across the pipeline
Share inputs on fine-tuning the CMOS production plans based on a prioritization among SKUs
Escalate cases of sudden additional/reduction in demand with back-up analysis to Strategic Planning Lead
Monitor FG inventory across the pipeline (market warehouse, in-transit & CMOs)
Track dispatches from the warehouse and suggests a change in the mode as required
Inbound logistics coordination for all category of products by ensuring trade compliance
