About the Role
- Responsible for purchasing of finished goods, controlling inbound logistics, managing on-hand inventory and SAP processing tasks.
- Close working relationship with Sales team, Sales admin team, Marketing team, Global SCM/Logistics teams and outside warehouse/logistics partners is necessary.
Your Team
Report to Manager, Operations. (This position has no subordinates.)
What You Will Do
- Plan Finished Goods purchase based on sales forecast and internal requests by closely communicating with Global supply chain team (China/US) and warehouse/logistics partners
- Process purchasing of finish goods with using SAP and IBP tool
- Manage operation of localization with warehouse partner
- Process purchasing of service parts at QA team's request
- Handle invoices/credit notes from 3PL and venders
- Export related SAP operations.
What You Need
- Minimum of 3 years' work experience in Supply Chain Management (FMCG preferable)
- SAP knowledge, practical skill with purchase order, delivery management, inventory management and billing invoices are must.
- Knowledge of international/domestic logistics
- Advanced English skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Work experiences in multinational companies
