Overview
Our client is a Science and Engineering company that is a start-up in Japan that is looking to increase its headcount, looking for someone who will be passionate with the vision and growth of the company and alright with it being a start-up.
Responsibilities
－ Helping with the hiring of headcount
－ Help with the planning and strategizing recruiting process
－ Working to help retain new hires
Experience
- Business level Japanese and English
- Industry related experience is a plus not a must
- 3-4 years of recruiting experience
