This opportunity is for those experience in Talent acquisition who can also deliver training within an organization.

Your tasks

  • Partner with Business Unit and local Leaders to develop an understanding of hiring.
  • Responsible for full life cycle recruiting:
    - all hiring manager communication
    -  job description preparation/posting
    - sourcing
    - submit candidates
    - relationship management
  • Develop sourcing strategies for candidate pool / pipeline.
  • Monitor the job market and analyze trends
  • Project manager for TA initiatives.
  • Conduct local training for process and systems improvements.

Your profile

  • 3-5 year experience in recruitment agency and multinational environment is preferred.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of innovative talent sourcing methodologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and qualifying passive applicants.
  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders and building strong relationships .
  • Ability to listen to and understand the needs of the business and candidates.
  • Independent and can manage priorities, workload, projects and deadlines
  • Fluency is Japanese and excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Headhunting experience is a great value add
