Your tasks
- Partner with Business Unit and local Leaders to develop an understanding of hiring.
- Responsible for full life cycle recruiting:
- all hiring manager communication
- job description preparation/posting
- sourcing
- submit candidates
- relationship management
- Develop sourcing strategies for candidate pool / pipeline.
- Monitor the job market and analyze trends
- Project manager for TA initiatives.
- Conduct local training for process and systems improvements.
Your profile
- 3-5 year experience in recruitment agency and multinational environment is preferred.
- Up-to-date knowledge of innovative talent sourcing methodologies.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and qualifying passive applicants.
- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders and building strong relationships .
- Ability to listen to and understand the needs of the business and candidates.
- Independent and can manage priorities, workload, projects and deadlines
- Fluency is Japanese and excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Headhunting experience is a great value add
- Preferred industry - Manufacturing, Shipping & Logistics
