Job Description

An exciting leadership role in a European service company.

  • Supports individual managers and functions with advice on HR Matters and acts as point of entry to HR services as a whole.
  • Acts as partner towards the business.
  • Provide assistance to Local Management and employee on implementation all Global and Regional HR Policies
  • Provides HR expertise and knowledge to facilitate business operations
  • Acts as point of contact for management for key HR-driven activities
  • Recommend and execute relevant HR initiatives and programs for Japan/Korea organization in the areas of resourcing, talent development & retention, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement and performance improvement.
  • Facilitate any change programs and team interventions where necessary.
  • Interpreting people analytics (eg. employee retention rates, hiring velocity, headcount, organization design and structure, high-potential and watch list candidate) from time to time.
Required experience & skills  
  • A proven track record as an HR Business Partner of a similar size and/or complexity as Area, with experience in workforce planning, talent pipeline building, and organizational assessment
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource and business experience outside of HR is a plus. 
  • Strong knowledge in labour law
  • Japanese – Native, English - Fluent
